ONE-OFF PROGRAMS

These programs are a one-off purchase, designed for you to keep and use for as long and as often as you like

BEGIN

Begin is a 6 week training program, designed to have you feeling more confident in the gym whilst helping you to master the basics of weightlifting. The workouts can largely be done in one area - simply grab your dumbbells, band(s), set yourself up in a space and you are good to go! There are also video demonstrations of Nicola talking you through each exercise so you can be confident in your technique and never have to feel like you are in this alone.


Structure

This 6 week program is broken up into 3 x 2-weekly cycles, each one a progression of the previous. After purchasing, this program will be yours to keep as long as you like, so you can move through at your own pace.

Training Style

Your workout will include 5 weight sessions a week, split into 2 x upper and 3 x lower, with a focus on teaching the fundamentals of weightlifting and helping you to feel more confident in the gym.

Who is it For?

This program is recommended for those new to the gym, or anyone returning after taking some time off.

Duration

These workouts are designed to take between 45 minutes to an hour.

HOURGLASS

Hourglass is an 8-week training program, designed to build muscle and shape your physique. There is a large emphasis on glutes and back to develop these areas and create that hourglass shape.


Structure

This 8 week program is broken up into 4 x 2-weekly cycles, designed to build confidence and get you stronger, particularly through your glutes and back.

Training Style

Your workout will include 5 weight sessions a week, split into 3 x lower (with a glute focus) 1 x back/bis and 1 x shoulders/chest/tris.  

Who is it For?

This program is recommended for intermediate to advanced lifters, although there are full video demonstrations to guide you along the way.

Duration

These workouts are designed to take between 45 minutes to 70 minutes.

STRONG

Strong is an 8-week training program, designed to build muscle and develop into your strongest self. There is a large lower body focus to grow and define your legs and glutes. This is the program that most closely represents Nicola's own personal training style.

This 8 week program is broken up into 4 x 2-weekly cycles, each one a progression of the previous, designed to build confidence and get you stronger.

Your workout will include 5 weight sessions a week, split into 2 x upper and 3 x lower, with a focus on building strong legs and glutes.
