STRONG

Strong is an 8-week training program, designed to build muscle and develop into your strongest self. There is a large lower body focus to grow and define your legs and glutes.

This is the program that most closely represents Nicola's own personal training style.


Structure

This 8 week program is broken up into 4 x 2-weekly cycles, each one a progression of the previous, designed to build confidence and get you stronger.

Training Style

Your workout will include 5 weight sessions a week, split into 2 x upper and 3 x lower, with a focus on building strong legs and glutes.   

Who is it For?

This program is recommended for intermediate to advanced lifters, although there are full video demonstrations to guide you along the way.

Duration

These workouts are designed to take between 45 minutes to an hour.
